Overall, while achievement at work and doing hobbies were the most important factors for people to feel happy in both age groups, other factors were the least important to consider becoming happy either among people over and under 30.
 
To start with, according to research findings, getting promoted at work in both age groups was the most substantial factor for people to feel happy, making up 31% and 32%, respectively. While people over 30 voting for hobbies accounted for 24%, the figure for that among people under 30 made up 22%.
 
Among those who were over 30, the third largest reason to feel a sense of happiness was financial security (20%). Whereas the third reason was having a good appearance among those aged under 30, accounting for 18%. In both age groups, seemingly, going abroad and spending time with family members were less important, making up 15% and 14%, respectively. As for other factors, it was the only one that was the least crucial factor to have a happy moment among both age groups.

Overall, we can see that people over 30 age and under 30 age are most happy to doing achivement at work. Doing hobbies are almost same to make ppl happy over 30 and under 30 but under 30 it's 2% low.

15% people whom is under 30 age are most happy to travelling when 14% people are over 30 are happy to being with family. 18% ppl are most happy to having a good appearance whom age is under 30 and 20% ppl are most happy with financial security whom age is over 30.
